• No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after the enrollment as the course is pre-recorded and fully accessible upon purchase, this policy reflects the value of the content made available.

• Full Refund: Clients are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation session
